Nan Estate
A branded real estate platform built from scratch — listings, leads, and inspection booking in one place.
Problem
Real estate agencies were stuck choosing between generic listing marketplaces that buried their brand, or expensive custom builds that took months to ship. Nobody owned a fast, branded platform for their own listings, buyer leads, and inspection scheduling.
Approach
We designed a single workspace that agencies could launch on their own domain in days, not months: a searchable listings site on the front end, and a lead-routing and inspection-booking pipeline underneath it — built to feel bespoke without a bespoke price tag.
Solution
A full-stack Next.js platform with property search and filtering, detailed listing pages, gated inquiry and inspection-booking forms, and an operations layer for managing leads end to end — all themeable to an agency's brand colors and logo.
Result
A production-grade real estate platform, live and demoable end to end — the reference build we point to when a client asks what 'production-ready' looks like from us.
